Philippe founded Five Five Five Ventures where he gained first-hand experience in commercial multifamily real estate acquisitions, syndications, assets management, and dispositions. He has acquired of 2,400+ units, a $140M+ portfolio and contributed to raising $29M from investors. Philippe also shares his experience with new entrepreneurs as a mentor, and with investors and sponsors/operators as an advisor for analyzing deals.
Prior to being full time in real estate, Philippe worked a corporate job in the business and military aircraft industry in project and team management positions for over 20 years. He holds a master’s degree in science – mechanical engineering.

Jeff has developed a diverse investing background where he has invested in several asset classes. His passion for real estate has allowed him to successfully execute over $1.8M in single-family real estate transactions, single family fix and flips and buy and hold (BRRRR), as well as partnering on 334 commercial multifamily units. Jeff excels at advising new real estate investors and connecting with fund and real estate professionals.
Jeff’s service to others began in 2001 when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. There he served for 12 years before being medically retired from injuries sustained during combat operations.
