The BoxHouse Capital Management team is led by Tim Perry. Tim has been managing private equity deals in real estate development and construction over the last 24 years. He has also worked in a number of corporate accounting roles including controller and CFO. He has an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA. Tim has raised capital and managed construction projects including residential developments and commercial office space.
