The Company seeks current income, capital gains and capital appreciation through investing in real estate and certain other investments. The investment program imposes no significant limits on the types of instruments in which the Manager may take positions.  These investments can include investing in real estate equity syndication deals directly with third party sponsors or through crowdfunding portals, real estate debt units from direct lenders or crowdfunding portals.  The Company may provide residential and commercial real estate loans.  The Company may further invest in commercial real estate, single family homes, multifamily properties, hotels, resorts, land, warehouses, glamping, RV parks, senior and assisted living facilities, US and international locations, private REITs or other real estate funds, distressed real estate assets, reperforming and performing residential real estate mortgage loans, and hard money lending (each such investment by the Company is an “Investment” and together “Investments”
