Contactant Capital LLC is a diversified fund that seeks current income, dividends, capital gains and capital appreciation through investing in alternative investments including real estate, distressed real estate assets, sustainable housing and housing innovation, and startups, corporations, and other entities developing new technologies and innovations in their respective industry verticals, as well as any asset classification which the Manager determine. The Company will primarily invest in real estate, sustainable housing and housing innovation, and startups, corporations, and other entities developing new technologies and innovations in their respective industry verticals.  These investments can include but are not limited to real estate equity syndication investments directly with third party sponsors or through crowdfunding portals, real estate debt units from direct lenders or crowdfunding portals, commercial real estate, single family homes, short term rentals, multifamily properties, hotels, resorts, land, storage facilities, warehouses, agriculture, glamping, RV parks, assisted living facilities, US and international locations, private REITs or other funds, acquisition of or investment in distressed real estate assets, non-performing and performing residential real estate mortgage loans, life insurance policies, startups, corporations, equity/ convertible notes, technology companies including but limited to startups, corporations, and other entities in local and emerging markets that are innovating and developing new technologies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, and life science tools and services industries, agriculture, water, forestry, and other natural resources industries, and in the energy and sustainability industries, small business loans, medium business loans, loans, and personal property.
