Our mission is to purchase apartments that are “broken” and fix them by leveling up the physical assets and the tenant base to increase Net Operating Income (“NOI”) and force asset appreciation. We buy either physical property issues or tenant and management issues or a combination of both. Because we buy broken apartments, we purchase at deep discounts rather than pay retail for turnkey properties. Our competitive advantage lies in the fact that we are a vertically integrated company. From acquisition, rehab, property management and asset management, we control every step, drive efficiencies and savings and maximize our investment returns.
