Johnny is the Founder of Arctos Capital, a Private Equity firm specializing in partnerships with trusted operators in high-performing markets such as AZ, TX, OK, NM, and beyond. Additionally, he is a multifamily owner, operator, and investor in multiple US states, delivering strong cash-flow and market-exceeding returns on his real estate activities. Before his real estate ventures, Mr. Nelson worked as a Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager in the medical, additive, and power industries, and as a General Contractor in AK. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and master’s degrees in Material’s Science from the University of North Dakota.
