The Company has an internal accounting mechanism for each Investment based on the creation and allocation of“ Units”. Each Investment will have a fixed number of Units, and each Unit will have a base value of $10.00. All Units for each Investment will be initially allocated to the Manager’s Series Account corresponding to the Investment, and subsequently allocated to Investors whose Capital Contributions or other income is allocated by the Manager into the Investment.
Yuhui “Micy” Liu has been investing in real estate since 2019, specializing in data-driven due diligence for commercial real estate. She applies her expertise to benefit herself and her investors. Initially active in long-term and short-term rentals, as well as fix-and-flip projects, Micy later shifted focus to commercial real estate. She serves as co-general partner and fund manager for 1,107 units. Micy hosts podcasts and meetups in Northwest Arkansas, focusing on commercial real estate. She has helped investors invest in 1000 units in multi-family and short-term rentals. She is also a passive investor herself in most of her projects. Her role in this project involves investor relationships, fund management, and asset management on a needed basis.
Grace is a full-time real estate investor . She has managed over 130+ doors across single-family homes, multifamily properties, and mobile home parks. Grace is actively involved in real estate investing and has also invested passively in over 4500+ multifamily units, alongside various alternative investments like ATM funds, debt funds, and short-term rental fund. Her goal is to achieve financial freedom through real estate and alternative investments. Her role in this project involves getting sponsors and conducting due diligence, underwriting, and financial projection.
