FUND MANAGERS

The fund is managed by Daniel Genter and John Pearl. Daniel and John started investing in real estate over 5 years ago and have a combined ownership of more than 700 units. They are both active in numerous coaching programs and masterminds and have experience with both residential and commercial real estate. As they’ve grown and learned, another passion has emerged, which is helping others experience the many benefits of real estate ownership. This is mutually beneficial - when we combine our resources, we all benefit more than if going at it alone. This is Freedom Investor’s first customizable fund. It does not hold real estate directly in the fund, but instead finds the best deals across different platforms and sponsors (syndications) and offers the opportunity to invest within the fund.

Daniel Genter

Daniel Genter is a founding member and principal atAzimuth Capital Group.

He controls more than 300 units worth over $18,000,000 asa general partner.

In addition, he’s passively invested in $30,000,000 worthof real estate and privately owns and operates a portfolio of single-familyhomes and apartment buildings.

Outside of real estate, Daniel is a rising leader instrategy and operations at a Fortune 100 technology company in Silicon Valley.

Previously, he pursued a successful career in refugeeresettlement in East Africa and Asia.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison(BS, Economics) and University of California – Los Angeles (MBA).

Daniel lives in San Francisco, CA with his wife and be loved Pomeranian puppy.

John Pearl

John Pearl is a managing principal at Freedom Investor and a seasoned investor in apartment syndications, having participated as both a Limited Partner and General Partner. John is on a mission to achieve financial freedom through real estate and help others do the same.

John Pearl is a founding member and principal of Azimuth Capital Group.

He has been apart of numerous coaching and mentorship programs, including Brad Sumrok’s Foundations program; Michael Blank’s personal mentorship program, and Hunter Thompson’s Raise Masters Mastermind.

He has experience investing on both the Limited Parter and General Partner side of apartment syndications.

John served inthe California Army National Guard from 2011-2021 and currently works as a Nuclear Security Specialist at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP).

DCPP will be shutting down in 2025 and John is on a mission to replace his W2 income with passive cashflow from real estate investing.

John also hosts a podcast, Freedom Investor Radio, which is meant to educate folks on the many benefits of investing in commercial real estate and to inspire others to pursue alternate means of income outside the W2 world.
