He is also a founding partner at Jiroma Enterprises, where his expertise in business management, sales, marketing, finance, and deal structuring enhances value for investors in multifamily commercial real estate.
Currently, Jim's real estate portfolio includes interests in Illinois (5 SFRs, 2 apartment buildings), Texas (3 apartment complexes totaling approximately 250 units), and Oklahoma (88-unit apartment complex). He has served as a Key Principle for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and his liquidity and net worth make him a capable co-sponsor, GP, or KP for closing deals.
