The Fund intends to develop hotels such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG and similar popular brand hotels in high barrier to entry markets throughout the USA. Each such investment by the Company is an “Investment” and together “Investments”. These Investments including those listed on and offered through online platforms and crowdfunding portals or offline through specific partners specializing in a targeted asset class are collectively called “Suppliers”. The Company may make investments in all 50 US States. The length of time associated with investments in this Company is dependent on the investment. Some Investments will remain liquid, and some are projected to be illiquid for years from their investment start date.
