Arti Shah boasts over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, initially starting her career at Deloitte in financial valuation. After her tenure at Deloitte, she transitioned into strategy consulting across various industries, managing substantial merger deals totaling over $100 million. Her extensive background in finance and consulting eventually led her to the role of Director of Investments at a real estate-focused family office. Arti has successfully overseen numerous ground-up development projects and played a pivotal role in expanding multiple operating businesses where real estate serves as a key asset.
Rinku Patel launched her career in commercial real estate (CRE) in 2004, initially acquiring two properties valued at $2.4 million. Through strategic improvements and rent increases to market rates, she significantly enhanced the properties, increasing their combined valuation to $5.0 million and solidifying her passion for the industry. Prior to establishing her independent ventures, Rinku successfully managed value-add asset transactions totaling over $300 million with a publicly traded company.
