As a co-owner of two construction companies since 1999, he led the Sales and Design Team and now mentors construction companies on creating their triple bottom line (Creating WINS for all involved, Clients, Team & the Company).After successfully selling the remodeling company in 2019, he now runs these is mic retrofitting company passively. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Erik founded Kind Equity Partners, with the help of his virtual Filipino partners from Freedom and Balance Virtual Professionals. In 2023, he joined C3, a commercial real estate development group as a partner, focusing on underwriting and optimizing the capital stack for small-bay industrial condo conversion projects.
