Lili Tseng, CEO and Founder of Livita Investments is a real estate entrepreneur. She believes in building long term wealth through real estate. She started investing in real estate over 20 years ago. After college, she has worked as a CPA, loan originator, property manager, and real estate broker. Her in-depth financial and real estate knowledge comes from working in corporations including American Express Tax and Business Services, The Walt Disney Company, Prudential Realty, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She has gained invaluable real estate insights and experiences through her personal real estate investing journey also. Lili founded Livita Investments because she believes that more busy professionals should learn about real estate investing. She believes that real estate is one of the best ways to gain financial freedom and build wealth.
