I’m starting this fund because over the last 20 years I have accumulated a special set of skills within the real estate business. I’ve been approached by many potential investors that would like to get into business with me. I found that starting a fund would be the best way to assist and help potential investors. Over the last 20 years, I have accumulated the knowledge in order to identify great potential within specific markets in the housing sector. Over the last ten years I have identified a great opportunity within a short-term rental (“STR”) segment of the real estate market. In addition to a great opportunity in developing and building multifamily housing in multiple markets with this opportunity, I feel I can provide value along with great returns on potential investor capital.
