We are interested in starting a diversified fund that invests in targeted distressed assets with significant upside. Banking relationships along with expertise in commercial assets, real estate, aviation, equipment and negotiations is our foundation that allows us to purchase and repurpose acquired assets for significant gains. We look for various opportunities among multiple asset classes to achieve our returns. In addition we lend capital to other investors that can provide collateral consistent with their needs on a short term basis, that ultimately leads to long term financing. Other assets that we support are startups, assisted care facilities and estate liquidation. Our pipeline to acquire these assets is through a foundation of banking relationships along with expertise in commercial assets, real estate, aviation, equipment and negotiations.
In 2015, Asher returned to Roanoke, VA to become a real estate broker and assume control of his family’s commercial real estate and auction firm, Walker Commercial Services. Since his return, Asher has been immersed in the industry as an entrepreneur and licensed Broker and Auctioneer, spearheading initiatives and providing value and solutions for financial institutions and private equity funds. To date, he has closed hundreds of transactions totaling over $50MM in addition to controlling a commercial portfolio worth approximately $10MM. By leveraging his fluency of showmanship and tenacity across a global network, he demonstrates a unique ability of cross discipline association to creatively establish trusted relationships across a multitude of diverse marketplaces.
In 2022, I graduated in Real Estate and Professional Sales. I interned for a number of companies in the fields of commercial real estate investment/development, brokerage, construction,.These experiences imparted me with experiential knowledge and a well-rounded view of different facets of the real estate industry.Shortly after graduating, I obtained my Virginia Real Estate License and began my professional career with Walker Commercial Services, a commercial real estate and auction firm located in downtown Roanoke, VA, that specializes in the REO and distressed asset market. I credit my time and experience with WCS for allowing me to establish a strong foundation in such a challenging sector of the commercial real estate industry. The ability to learn and adapt play pivotal roles in navigating complex deals within such niche markets. By leveraging my strengths, I am diligently seeking new opportunities to broaden my knowledge and skill set within the dynamic landscape of commercial real estate and alternative asset investments.
In 2022, Erryn launched his first hedge fund, C4T, focusing on collateralized lending for short-term projects. This success led to Mach X Capital, broadening investment opportunities. His revenue streams include cattle farming, real estate, restaurants, aircraft management, and the C4T hedge fund. With extensive experience in wealth management, entrepreneurship, real estate, farming, aviation, and dining, he provides multifaceted advisory services.
