The Fund intents to invest in single family homes, multifamily properties, duplexes, land, short term rentals and other real estate opportunities located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the broader Corolla, North Carolina market, as well as any other asset the Manager determines may offer attractive returns. Such real estate investments may involve development and construction with final products varying in size and prices within the market. The Fund intends to hold the properties it invests in, aiming to benefit from both rental income and property appreciation. Rental income is anticipated to provide annual returns to investors and equity appreciation is anticipated to provide overall fund valuation and appreciation.

The Fund is targeting properties in Outer Banks, North Carolina (with a focus on short term rentals and developing a short term rental community) due to the management team’s experience and knowledge of the market and developments in both Outer Banks and the greater Corolla, North Carolina area.
