Trevor, a sixth-generation west Texas rancher, grew up on a 4,800-acre cattle ranch in San Angelo, Texas. Raised in this environment, he witnessed firsthand how land enhances the lives of its stewards. Following in his family's footsteps, Trevor entered the ranch real estate business, continuing a tradition that spans generations. He has taken 13 land subdividing projects full cycle in multiple states. These projects have resulted in impressive returns for him and his partners. He also invests in single family residences and apartment complexes.
Beth has an MBA in Corporate Finance has been actively investing in real estate personally and through joint ventures since 2008. Leveraging her background, her focus has been on adding value and increasing profitability via the development and subdivision of rural land.
