Our Fund strategy is to seek current income, dividends, capital gains and capital appreciation through investing in alternative investments including real estate as well as any asset classification which Manager determines can provide an attractive risk-return profile. Investments may include: residential, commercial, and industrial real estate; direct land purchases to hold and or develop for residential, commercial, or industrial use; other alternative real estate assets such as RV parks and assisted living facilities; private real estate equity investments in REITS and other private funds; investments in residential and commercial real estate loans and other real estate debt instruments; investments in small and medium business loans; and investments in startups, tech companies, and other early-stage companies.Each such investment by the Company is an “Investment” and together “Investments”. These Investments including those listed on, and offered through, online platforms and crowdfunding portals or offline through specific partners specializing in a targeted asset class are collectively called “Suppliers”. The Company may make investments in all 50 US States. The length of time associated with investments in this Company is dependent on the investment. Some investments will remain liquid and some are projected to be illiquid for years from their investment start date.
