Pro Land LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on March 16, 2023, operates as a private real estate investment company. Managed by Pro Land Advisors LLC, a Florida limited liability company, the Fund is led by principals Robin Seib, Konstantin Sidorov, and Jantzen Young. The Fund invests in vacant land and mortgage notes secured by vacant land, including notes it originates. Additionally, the Company provides residential and commercial real estate loans and invests in re-performing or performing real estate mortgage loans and hard money loans. Investments may also include syndication deals with third-party sponsors or through online platforms and crowdfunding portals.
Konstantin Sidorov has worked with multiple investors, family offices and funds mostly in the multifamily space. He has helped raise capital and offer deals to investors. He has also structured deals, performed underwriting, and helped with setting up deals. Mr. Sidorov has placed more than $10 million of transactions for investors over the last 24 months.
Jantzen Young brings 13 years of experience in financial services. Ms. Young left the industry in 2020 to build her own portfolio of cash flowing real estate and performing vacant land notes. Since 2020, Ms. Young’s relationships with top tier land investors has allowed her team to place more than $4 million of capital into cash flowing real estate transactions allowing both land and capital investors to thrive even in challenging real estate markets. Ms. Young now dedicates her time to teaching new investors how to diversify their holdings with alternative investments that outperform capital markets in an effort to achieve financial freedom faster while minimizing market risk.
Robin Seib is a seasoned land expert, having completed approximately 100 transactions or more per year during the last five years. Mr. Seib runs multiple business involving land transactions. He also coaches people on how to create passive income through investing in land.
