The Company has an internal accounting mechanism for each Investment based on the creation and allocation of “Units”.  Each Investment will have a fixed number of Units, and each Unit will have a base value of $10.00.  All Units for each Investment will be initially allocated to the Manager’s Series Account corresponding to the Investment, and subsequently allocated to Investors whose Capital Contributions or other income is allocated by the Manager into the Investment.  See “Summary of Key Terms.”

Kenneth’s successful real estate career spans more than fifteen years, he has been on both sides of real estate transactions, filling both advisory and principal roles.  His expertise includes raising capital, investment brokerage, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He is a licensed realtor in multiple states located within the Southeastern United States. Kenneth is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in economics.
