Rey has been actively investing in residential real estate since 2005 and focused exclusively on multifamily since 2016. He's founded and operated several real estate investment firms, leading to the acquisition of 16 multifamily properties.
Rey also provides independent consulting to multifamily investors, is the host of Greater Central Florida Multifamily Investors virtual meeting, and is the bestselling author of BLUF: The Bottom Line Up Front about Passively Investing in Multifamily Properties.
Rey retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army, with over 28 years of service. He received an MBA from Columbia Southern University in 2010, is fluent in Spanish, and speaks some Portuguese.
Alfredo retired from a successful career as a supply chain professional, with over 35 years of experience in the computer hardware and medical diagnostic industries. His education includes a degree in Economics from Louisiana State University and an MBA.
Kelly has been actively investing in real estate since 2017 and pivoted to commercial real estate in 2019 after her first passive investment in a set of RV parks. Since then, she has founded and operated several real estate investment companies, actively supporting the acquisitions and repositioning of 8 multifamily properties.
Kelly also hosts a monthly Wealth Navigators virtual meetup focused on helping people chart their course to financial freedom through commercial real estate.
Kelly retired early as a senior leader from The Walt Disney Company after a successful 18-year career in business strategy, finance, and integration roles. She holds an MBA from Stetson University. Kelly is an advocate for the FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) community and enjoys spending time with her husband and their young children.
