Nick Potter co-founded Three Peaks Capital LLC, specializing in acquisitions and managing underwriting processes, broker relationships, and third-party interactions. . Nick's interest in real estate grew during law school while managing his family's rental properties, which inspired him to pursue multifamily investments. He deepened his expertise through industry courses and collaborations, ultimately co-founding Three Peaks with Kris Morin and Alex Clark. Together, their focus is on acquiring value-add multifamily properties to expand their company's national presence. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling, hiking with his family and dog, attending University of Washington sports events, and playing soccer.
