Company may further invest in other alternative investments including but not limited to commercial real estate, single family homes, short term rentals, multifamily properties, hotels, resorts, land, Airbnb, storage facilities, warehouses, agriculture, glamping, RV parks, assisted living facilities, US and international locations, private REITs or other funds, acquisition of or investment in distressed real estate assets, non-performing and performing residential real estate mortgage loans. This also includes investment in the development of these and other asset types.
