Noel Liu, a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, is a skilled and compassionate general dentist and co-founder of Secure Dental and Dentvia. With extensive experience, he has built a reputation as a trusted dental professional. Dr. Liu mentors associate doctors, helping them transition from students to clinicians and achieve their goals. In real estate, he has invested in over 1,300 multifamily units as both Limited Partner and Co-General Partner, applying his dental business expertise to asset management. Dr. Liu regularly attends real estate events to network and stay updated on market trends.
Thomas, a serial entrepreneur with an engineering background, made a strategic shift into commercial real estate investments in 2019. Having established several successful businesses, he now applies his vast business and marketing knowledge to the dynamic world of commercial real estate investing.
His impressive career trajectory includes stints at prestigious Big 5 consulting firms like Deloitte Consulting and Hitachi Consulting, before starting his own digital marketing firm from his basement. In 2023, he strategically exited this venture after growing it to remarkable heights, eventually selling it to a private equity firm for a substantial return on his initial investment.
Dedicated to ongoing education in the CRE sector, Thomas actively contributes to various REI education platforms, notably the Grant Cardone Platinum Mastermind. At present, his investment portfolio spans over 1,800 doors, including multi-family residences, storage units and industrial flex properties.
With a clear vision for the future, Thomas aims to expand his real estate holdings to 10,000 doors in the coming decade.
