Recently, working with his business partners, he has led the development and renovation of over 200,000 square feet of multifamily buildings in the USA, with most of the inventory allocated as luxury rentals or condominiums. Operating as a CO-GP in Multifamily Property Acquisitions, Rocha actively participates in Operating Funds solely through Management alongside his foreign partners in the United States. He also works as a portfolio/asset manager for the current inventory built, managing over 400units. He is also a Licensed Contractor by the city/state of New York (DOB NYC)for over fifteen years, with numerous endorsements in the industry. His influence and network have enabled his entry into one of the most competitive Real Estate Markets in the world, New York City, where he currently resides and operates. Educated in the United States, he holds a Certification in Real Estate Development and a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment.
